I Can Fix This Recession In 90 Days or Less

I have come up with a plan to fix this country's recession in 90 days or less. This is a very simple plan and I think our government should look at implementing it as soon as possible.

First let's look at some demographics
Estimated population of America - 306,096,407.
37% or 113,255,670 are the age of 50 or older.
700 Billion + of our tax money has been used to bail out this sinking economy.
Car manufactures are still going bankrupt.
Banks have run out of Money.
The Housing Market is frozen.
The Stock Market is crashing.
Social Security is out of Money.
And Millions are still out of Work.
Now let’s look at the 90-day plan.
Take $ 226,511,340 of the bail out money and give 2 million dollars to every American that is over the age of 50. Now this would not come without a cost to these fine people. They would have to follow some simple rules within 90 days of receiving their economic stimulus.

Rule 1 - If you are employed, you would need to quit your job (this would only affect about 40 million people.) - We have just created 40 million new jobs for the un-employed.

Rule 2 - With your 2 million you will have to purchase a few things
a.) A new American car - 113,255,670 cars on order should fix the big three
b.) A new home nothing fancy, that should free up the housing market!
c.) Invest $10,000 in the stock market
d.) Put the rest of your Money in a Bank.

Look at that! The economy will be fixed in 90 days or less.

We all know that this will never happen because our Government is all about making itself bigger and spending money on crap that we really do not need.
